Year-round we hold FREE basic workshops suitable for a beginner. We cover the 5 essential keys to composting, layering, different composting methods and bin types.
RCM schedules composting workshops at a variety of indoor and outdoor locations (weather permitting) and are open for anyone to attend.

Interested community groups, residents associations, horticultural societies, daycares, and schools in Winnipeg can book a workshop for no charge. Groups outside Winnipeg will be charged for transportation and accommodation costs. Handouts, technical expert and workshop preparation will be provided for free.
